In Stage 1 (9 months and up), it functions like a ride-on with a safety waist bar, just like a stroller where parents can comfortably push it, and your little one securely enjoys the ride without steering.
In Stage 2 (12 months and up), toddlers can still enjoy the ride while learning to pedal. Parents continue to steer and push.
In Stage 3 (18 months and up), your child take controls. You can remove the waist bar, so kids can steer and pedal simultaneously. Parents can assist with steering using the push bar.
In Stage 4 (36 months and up), your child is ready for independence. You can remove push bar so they can confidently pedal on their own, with a watchful eye from you.
